Jack Murphy Roark Tweed Duffle Coat - Brown Herringbone

Jack Murphy Roark Tweed Duffle Coat - Brown Herringbone

The humble duffel coat has come a long way - from a WWII Convoy coat, to a post war army surplus student staple and now overhauled by Jack Murphy to be a modern statement garment

Gone is the coarse "Duffle" fabric of the original, familiar to British Royal Navy and Field Marshal Montgomery, replaced by top quality English tweed

Carefully crafted from Pure Shetland Wool in a herringbone tweed produced by Moon & Sons of England - makers of fine traditional fabric for nearly two centuries

Featuring large covered hip pockets, one internal wallet/phone pocket, large grown on hood with snug sherpa fleece lining, faux horn duffle fasteners, quilted lining and knitted ribbed storm cuffs

Subtle Jack Murphy branding throughout
